Follow below instructions for delivery and shipment. For Private Label and special orders, please refer to the specific instructions provided separately.

For CA, US and IN orders follow instructions under documents.
Shipment Date
The agreed shipment date refers to the ON-BOARD date. Suppliers must coordinate the handover of goods to SGL by checking with local SGL offices or following instructions from our SCC.

Delay Clause
Any delays from the confirmed delivery date are not acceptable. In cases where delays lead to late delivery to our customers:
- Shipments must be sent by AIR at the supplier’s expense.
- If the shipment cannot reach PWT Brands in time, even by air freight, PWT Brands reserves the right to cancel the order.
- All delays must be immediately communicated to the buyer at PWT Brands.
Way of shipment
By Sea:
- Book through Scan Global (SGL). Find local SGL offices here
- Port of discharge for sea shipments to Denmark: Aarhus (AAR)
By Air:
- Individual agreement per air shipment.
- Suppliers may choose their own forwarder for prepaid shipments, with ETA confirmation required from PWT Brands.
- Prepaid shipments should be arranged as CPT
- PWT Brands compensates part of the air freight cost up to the normal sea freight level, as per agreed rates.
- For collect shipments, contact SCC manager Hans Lykkegaard Larsen at hly@pwtbrands.com for freight negotiation. Kindly provide details regarding weight and volume
- Documents should be couriered directly to PWT Brands on the same day the shipment is dispatched, do not send documents with the goods or to the bank.
- Airport of destination Billund (BLL)
By Truck:.
- Contact and inform the warehouse at least 3 working days prior to delivery.

- Delivery address for carton goods will be advised by our warehouse.
