Purchase orders
At order placement you will receive following documents:
- Order sheet.
- Comments from salesman samples
- Barcode and price instructions.
- Program
- Artworks
Order sheet
The order sheet will be specifying below details, it is important you check and confirm all details is correct upon receipt
- Supplier
- Factory
- ETD
- Price
- Quantity
- Quality
- Packing
- Comment
- Required approval samples.
Order sheet or order confirmation must be signed by the supplier latest 8 working days after receipt. The order confirmation must be sent to the buyer with information about the production place and the name of the factory.
Approval procedure
If the bulk order is not based on approved sales samples or the quality, color or the design have been adjusted. the supplier must ensure to get confirmation on all quality approval steps prior to bulk production.
Bulk materials
All bulk materials must be confirmed before productions:
- Bulk fabric: Quality in each correct color for main fabric, rib, lining etc.
- Print, embroidery, badges: For confirmation of quality, artwork, and colors.
- Trim: Zipper, button, rivets, strings, strings stoppers: for confirmation of quality, artwork, and colors.
- Packing material: All supplier made labels must be sent for approval.
Pre-production sample
PP sample must be sent to PWT Brands before production.
Preproduction sample must be made in correct quality, color and with correct trim. Measurement and style must be correct.

Photo sample
If photo samples are required this would be mentioned on the order sheet.
Please make sure the photo samples is sent before the deadline. Photo samples must be made in correct quality, color and with correct trim incl. hangtags and stickers.
Shipment sample
Must be taken from the first finished bulk production, each color must be sent to PWT Brands for confirmation before the order ex-factory.

Approval certificate
PWT Brands will issue approval certificates against approved shipment samples. Suppliers are not allowed to ship the goods before they have received an approval certificate from PWT Brands A/S.
A copy of the approval certificate should be enclosed with the original documents sent to the bank or PWT Brands, otherwise, payment cannot be processed.
