- Over and under shipment are not allowed
- PWT Brands retains the right to make claims for defective garments or goods at any time, regardless of when the defect or reason for the claim
- PWT Brands is entitled to compensation if it is proven that the defect or issue originated from production or the supplier’s handling of the garments and goods.
- Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Agreed upon claims must be settled by TT payment or cash within one month from the date of agreement.
Delays from confirmed delivery date, is not accepted.
In case of delays resulting in late delivery to our customers – the shipment is to be send by AIR on suppliers account. IF the shipment cannot reach PWT Brands in time, even by air freight, PWT Brands has a right to cancel the order. ALL delays are to be IMMEDIATELY informed to the buyer of PWT Brands.
