Sales samples: can be sent on PWT Brands’ account.
Other samples: must be sent on the suppliers’ account.
Shipment procedure
Shipments below 50 kg: should be sent by DHL.
Shipments above 50 kg: must be agreed upon with the responsible buyer.
MYDHL account
ONLY for shipment of Sales samples
Authorization: If not yet authorized to use PWT Brands’ DHL account, send an email to the buyer requesting authorization to MYDHL. You will receive an email from MYDHL to complete your account setup.
Terms of use:
- Only for sales samples.
- All bookings should be “standard.”
- “Express,” “delivery before 12,” and “signature against delivery” are NOT allowed.
- Local FOB charges should be covered by the supplier.
- If samples are sent after the deadline, samples must be sent at the supplier’s cost.
- Sample proforma invoice value must mention 50% of the agreed FOB price to avoid customs clearance issues.
