Cartons dimensions
Cartons should be measured with the opening side up:
Length: Longest side of the carton.
Width: Shortest side of the carton.
Height: Vertical side of the carton.
Acceptable Carton Sizes:
Height must not exceed 390mm.

Exceptions may apply for larger garments. PWT will determine these on a case-by-case basis.
Carton Weight:
Maximum Weight: 12 kg
If carton weight exceed 12 kg carton must be marked with weight symbol
Weight symbol must be minimum 3 cm in height, and must be placed on the short side of the export carton, next to the carton sticker
Carton quality
Carton Board Specifications:
0-10 kg: Use 5-ply carton board.
11-15 kg: Use 7-ply carton board.
Dimensions of cartons is to be adjusted according to the assortment size.
It is not acceptable that the cartons are packed with vacuum/free space, it must be filled up, but not too filled. Please follow the instructions below:

The garments in the carton must be packed:
- Front upwards
- Smallest size at the top
- Hangtag facing up with brand.
This is to ensure that the customer will see the garments and brand name as the first thing when a carton is opened.
Between the top and bottom closing, and the garment, there must be an extra piece of 3 ply carton, as can be seen in “3 ply carton picture“. This is to prevent that the customers open the carton and cut directly into the garments.
